Project Cancellation

Custom Development Services

All websites and services are developed according to the requirements agreed upon before the project begins. Because each project involves custom work, completed development work is generally non-refundable.

However, I am committed to resolving reasonable issues and will make reasonable efforts to address problems related to the agreed project requirements.

What is the purpose

Global WebCraft’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Global WebCraft’s visitors use its website.

Advance Payments

Any advance or deposit payment made to begin a project may be non-refundable once work has started. This payment covers the time, planning, design, development, and other resources allocated to your project.

Changes and Revisions

The project includes the revisions agreed upon before the work begins. Additional changes or new requirements that are outside the original project scope may require additional charges.

A change in personal preference after the work has been completed does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Third-Party Products and Services

Refunds cannot be provided for third-party expenses, including but not limited to:

  • Payment gateway fees

Project Completion
